About:

I am here to be your accountability coach. 

If you don't know what that is then, here are 2 explanations. Hope you can relate to the first one.

Remember the episode of Friends in which Joey has to write a script for himself and Ross helps creating a schedule for Joey. who later on doesn't finishes it, cause he was busy inventing Fireball with Chandler. See,how easy it is to get derailed? I will be your Ross to Joey.

If you didn't get the reference - First, watching Friends is highly recommended. 

Second - An accountability coach is who check ins, tracks and acknowledge your progress. They are experts in goal orientation, motivation and supporting other's work. They always guide, never lead or dictate.

amccary9:It was a good experience, I thought she was going to a drill sergeant but she wasnt. She is friendly and warm but at the end of the day its your choice to actually get the work done. I will try again at a later date. Make sure the work is completed before going with another goal
