I will teach a 30 minute private yoga class for strong abs

I will teach you a private yoga class over skype!

My private yoga classes are designed to empower your mind, body, and spirit specifically by strengthening and toning the core muscles.

The core is the center of our body. When it lacks strength we can feel sluggish, dull, and unconfident. In addiction a weak core can cause imbalances in the back and hips which can cause back and hip pain. 

A strong core can increase confidence, strength, and power. In addition, strengthening the abdominals strengthens the back and hips. Strong hips and backs allows us to maintain an upright position (better posture), walk and run for longer distances, and prevent injuries and pain.

My classes include:
  • A vinyasa flow to warm up the entire body and connect to the power of our breath.
  • Core building poses and sequences to strengthen and tone all 3 layers of the abs.
  • Stretching designed to relieve back and hip pain.
  • Savasana to allow the body to rest and absorb the benefits of a yoga practice. 

My classes are a blend of my experience in:
  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Physical Therapy
  • Personal Training

Overall, a daily yoga practice including core stabilizing exercises can be like stepping into a fountain of health and vitality.
